Fresh Flowers, Delivered This Afternoon

You thought of them on a Tuesday. The delivery person is at their door by five. That’s not magic—it’s just what we do. Mayfield Flower Company has been getting flowers to people on time since 2011. We handle the chaos so you don’t have to.

Why We’re Different

Most flower services are call centers with a delivery truck. We’re florists who happen to deliver fast. Our owner, Claire, started this because she watched other shops overpromise and underdeliver. We do the opposite.

We design fresh every morning. You’re not getting yesterday’s flowers wrapped in cellophane. We check our inventory against our delivery schedule—if same-day doesn’t work, we tell you. Transparency isn’t something we market; it’s just how we operate.

We work with four local growers and two regional wholesalers we’ve vetted ourselves. You’re getting flowers that were cut days ago, not weeks. They’ll last longer. They’ll look better.

Quick Facts

  • In business since: 2011

Shop by Occasion

We don’t just fill orders. We understand why you’re ordering.

  • Same-day apology? We’ll make it sincere and substantial. No roses with baby’s breath—something that says you’re taking it seriously.
  • Birthday coming through in an hour? We can do bright, playful, arranged and out the door in time for their lunch break.
  • Sympathy flowers? We work with families to understand the tone they want. Sometimes it’s soft and serene. Sometimes it needs to be bold and hopeful.
  • New baby? We do soft pastels, vibrant joy, or a combination that works in a nursery for months.
  • Corporate thanks? We know how to arrange for the lobby. Size, color palette, longevity—we’ve done this a hundred times.

Fresh This Week

This changes, so we update it Mondays. This week (April 2026), we’re running heavy on garden roses from our partner farm upstate. They’re perfect right now—full, fragrant, and they’ll last nearly two weeks in the vase.

We’ve also got an excellent stock of tulips in uncommon colors (black-red, subtle pink), ranunculus that just came in, and some early peonies. Local stock of those runs through May.

If you have a favorite flower and want to know if we have it this week, text Claire at (555) 489-2211. She’ll check the cooler and get back to you within the hour.

Wedding & Event Florals

We design 15-20 weddings a year. We don’t overstuff our schedule because we want time to get it right. That means consultation, sourcing, test runs, and partnership—not a production line.

Our head designer, Raj, works with couples to understand their aesthetic. He’s done modern minimalist, lush garden style, dramatic black and gold, and everything in between. He’s comfortable with experimental ideas and he respects your budget.

For events (corporate galas, fundraisers, milestone parties), we can scale up. We’ve done centerpieces for 200-person events and we’ve got the infrastructure to deliver and install them on timeline.

Consultations are $75, credited toward your final bill. We book 3-4 months out for weddings.

What Our Customers Say

“I ordered flowers at 12:30 PM for my wife’s birthday and they were at the house by 4 PM. She cried. That’s the only review I need to give.”

— Robert H.

“We had 120 people at our wedding and Mayfield handled every arrangement—bride bouquet, centerpieces, ceremony arch. Raj was in touch every step. Nothing fell apart, nothing looked cheap. I recommend them to everyone.”

— Nicole & James T.

“I called to ask if they had dahlias in September and instead of saying no, they said they’d source them for me. They came in fresh. Not every florist does that.”

— Marcus G.
